Grace isn't too bothered about the diary, she thinks it's a great way to get her feelings out. She loves writing down song lyrics and doodling so you will find alot of junk and maybe a few deep dark secrets. Atleast a book can't make any comments about what you do, unlike the so called 'rentals.

Kyra is one of the few students at Letterage that isn't protesting to the idea of a Diary. A book can't make judgements, respond or pry and it will only ever know what she wants to tell it, so Kyra does object about putting ink to paper. The one little book holds more about the teen than most people could ever hope to know. She's more comfortable talking to a souless book than a person...

Since Gemma isn't exactly excited about this whole journal thing, she's tried to make the best of it by using a blue composition notebook and writing in blue ink. Kind of strange, but hey, she likes it. The journal has various scribbles all over it, the back couple of pages used for full-page doodles that scream things like 'I can't concentrate' or 'What's the use'. Random lyrics litter the entire cover, consuming all, and most are by bands many people have never even heard of.
